Regarding the ongoing debate about early or late inheritance, I believe it all depends on how the recipient handles family assets. If the heir is responsible and knows how to manage and grow the wealth, parents should consider passing down their wealth early. However, if the heir is likely to squander it, holding off is a better option.

If my parents had kept the land instead of giving it to me, its value would only appreciate to around VND5 billion at best. This shows how wise my parents were to transfer the inheritance early. I am deeply grateful for their trust, as it has given me a comfortable life today.
My two younger sisters also inherited similar plots of land. Afterward, they married, built homes, and now live on those properties, avoiding the struggle of saving for a house like many of their peers. Although they did not grow their wealth as much as I did, they still enjoyed a more comfortable life than if they had started with nothing.
