I’ve amassed $1.2M in assets a decade after receiving early inheritance

Since inheriting a plot of land worth VND900 million (US$35,500) from my parents over a decade ago, my assets have grown to VND30 billion (US$1.18 billion).

My two younger sisters also inherited similar plots of land. Afterward, they married, built homes, and now live on those properties, avoiding the struggle of saving for a house like many of their peers. Although they did not grow their wealth as much as I did, they still enjoyed a more comfortable life than if they had started with nothing.
